  • A1. You may go to "Purchase History" to retry your download. You will be able to retry download 3 times. Retries are free and will automatically expire after 72 hours. If all retries fail, contact our DiGi Customer Service online (7am - 12am) or call 016-2211800 for immediate assistance. Our DiGi Customer Service is available 24 hours daily.
  • A2. If your mobile is installed with Mobile Internet settings previously, there's no need to download and save them again.

    However, if you encounter difficulties connecting, you may want to switch your mobile off and on. If this doesn't work, try deleting the current settings, request for new Mobile Internet settings and save them into your mobile. If the problem persists, you can contact our DiGi Customer Service online (7am - 12am) or call 016-2211800 for immediate assistance. Our DiGi Customer Service is available 24 hours daily.
  • A3. No, there is no need as your mobile games, apps or contents are saved to the mobile.
  • A4. Yes, you need to download and save the Mobile Internet settings into the new mobile. However, if you encounter difficulties connecting, you may want to switch your mobile off and on.   • A5. Yes, you will need to purchase and download your mobile games, apps or contents again. You cannot Bluetooth them your old mobile to the new mobile. You may go to your "Purchase History" to buy your favourite mobile games, mobile apps or mobile contents.
  • A6. If your mobile supports this feature, you will be able to pause your game, make a call, and then resume your game from the point you left off. Otherwise, you will have to quit/exit your game before making a call. Many games will automatically save your progress when you quit/exit.
  • A7. Yes. The application will automatically pause and allow you to take the call. Play can resume after your call is finished.
  • A8. Yes, you can if you are in a DiGi 3G coverage area or network, otherwise the incoming call will go to voicemail.
